For each tooth: is it a veneer, a crown, or nothing? Why?
Which brand of implant / crown / veneer material? (Straumann, Nobel, Osstem, E-max, zirconia from which lab?)
Who is the dentist actually doing my work, and can I see their licence number?
How many visits and how many days does the full treatment take? What happens between visits?
What does the repair policy cover, for how long, and what do I have to do to keep it valid?
If something fails after I'm home, who pays for the flight back and the repair?
Is the price final? What is NOT included? (X-rays, temporaries, extractions, sedation, hotel, transfers)
Will I get a written treatment plan BEFORE I travel, based on my X-ray?
Can I speak to two previous patients from my country?
What happens if the dentist decides on the day that the plan needs to change?
Save this list. Send it to any clinic you are talking to, including us. If a clinic cannot answer these clearly and in writing, walk away, however good the photos look.
